BGT Games
BGT Games
BGT Games launched in 2016, it’s pretty new to the industry, but it’s owned and operated by Gaming Realms, who are old hands and have been in the business since 2001. They develop their own games and are responsible for a lot of other sites, including Slingo Bingo and Pocket Fruity. BGT Games is the result of Gaming Realm’s licensing deal with Freemantle Media, allowing them to operate under the Britain’s Got Talent name.

BGT Games Info
- Casino: BGT Games
- Website:
- Deposit Bonus: 50 Free Spins
The site’s design is exactly what you’d expect from a Britain’s Got Talent themed casino; red, white and blue! Other than the colour scheme, it’s actually a pretty standard design and doesn’t scream about it’s connections with the TV show. The site isn’t overly busy and is easy to navigate, you won’t get frustrated trying to find what you’re after.
Bonuses and Promotions
If you like a nice little welcome offer when you try out a new site, you’re going to be sorely disappointed with BGT Games, there is no offer, which is almost unheard of. Once you’ve set up your account, you are able to access a promotions page, however there are no promotions listed. Googling around for “BGT Games welcome offer” shows there definitely was an offer at one point, so there could be one again in the future, but as it stands you’ll be playing with your own funds right from the get go.
Games on Offer
There’s a good volume of games to choose from at BGT, over 300 in fact. The majority of them are slots, but you’ll also find Slingo, which is the sites own combination of slots and bingo. The only Britain’s Got Talent themed game on the site is a Slingo game, so if you’re in it for the theme, this one’s the one for you.
The only table and card games on offer are blackjack, roulette and various versions of poker. It’s not a wide range of games, but there are a few tables to choose from for each of these. If you’re looking for baccarat, craps or Red Dog, keep looking.
You will find baccarat in the live casino, along with blackjack, roulette and poker. They have Dreamcatcher too, so if that’s your thing, look no further.
There isn’t much choice outside of slots and Slingo, but if you’re happy with this and a bit of blackjack or roulette then there’s not a problem.
Service
On first glance it looks like they’ve got service pretty well covered, there’s live chat, phone and email support, all open from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week. The problem is, they may be open, but if there’s no agent available you can’t hold, the message just advises you to use live chat, email or leave a message. The live chat option doesn’t seem to work on the desk top site, however if you load up the mobile site it functions fine, if there’s no one available you’ll be put into the queue and advised of your queue position, they’ll ask you to leave details for a call back, but if you hold on you will move up the queue. If you don’t want to wait around for a call back, live chat is your best bet.
There isn’t an FAQ section on the site, so no wonder their customer services is so busy, you might find yourself waiting for a call back for every straightforward question.
Mobile Experience
The desktop site is optimised for mobile and, as mentioned above, logging in on a mobile device seems to be the only way to get live chat to work. The mobile site is pretty slow, even when connected to good WIFI, if you’re using an Apple device, download the app, it’s much smoother than the mobile site and you can still access all the games, including the live casino.
Security
BGT Games is registered in Alderney and fully regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, giving you all the protection you’d expect from any other legitimate site. As they’re registered in Alderney, you get the additional benefit of being able to use the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for arbitration, should you have any issues not resolved by BGT Games.
The site operates industry standard encryption, it’s the same level you’d expect from your online banking, so your details should be safe.
Verdict / Summary
BGT Games has a popular theme and gives you access to Slingo games, which you’ll only find on sites operated by Gaming Realm, so it’s a little bit exclusive. There’s a good range of slots and you’ll find all the basic table and card games, but nothing special.
Customer services isn’t available 24/7 and they’re pretty busy during their opening hours, a phone number is available, but you’ll be hard pushed to get through. Live chat is a good option if you don’t want to wait for a call back, but there seems to be a bug with the chat function on the main site.
There is no welcome offer, or any other promotions and the mobile website is slow, but you’ve got the option of downloading the app on an Apple device.
BGT games have got a bit of work to do to get it right, reconsidering a welcome offer, ironing out bugs in both the main site and mobile site and improving customer service response times. If you fancy finding out what Slingo is all about, give them a try, for everything else, you’ll find it better elsewhere.
